Matt "Money" Smith

Currently guest basketball play-by-play announcer for Compass Media Networks’ coverage of NCAA Men’s Basketball, BIG Ten Basketball Tournament. Official play-by-play announcer for the Los Angeles Chargers via KFI AM-640.

Co-host of the nationally syndicated THE PETROS & MONEY SHOW flagship from KLAC AM-570 and heard across THE FOX SPORTS RADIO NETWORK. Previously, Matt served as studio host and play-by-play voice for Compass Media Networks’ college basketball, college football and NFL games since the company opened in 2009.

Matt is a fixture in Los Angeles sports, having previously hosted Los Angeles Lakers pre and post games broadcasts and often seen as a guest and fill-in host on Jim Rome Show.
