BRIAN BALDINGER CONTINUES AS ANALYST FOR COMPASS MEDIA NETWORK'S NFL RADIO BROADCASTS
A former offensive lineman with the Dallas Cowboys, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Philadelphia Eagles, Brian Baldinger serves as an analyst on NFL Network's Playbook, a weekly show where he breaks down X's and O's of every NFL Game. Brian also served as a game analyst on FOX's NFL coverage for much of the past 10 seasons - teaming up with the likes of Pat Summerall, Joe Buck and Kenny Albert.

Brian first broke into broadcasting calling NFL Europe League contests for FOX in 1997. Arguably the hardest working broadcaster on television, Brian has also hosted Sports Talk on CN8 in New Jersey and co-hosted a national radio show for One on One Sports. Additionally, teaches communications seminars for Nadia Communications and recently co-authored his first book "The Map to Clear Messages."

Undrafted upon graduating from Duke University in 1982, Brian was offered a free agent contract by one of the Dallas Cowboys equipment managers. In 1982, Brian was the only free agent from among 107 rookies who earned a roster spot with the Cowboys. He remained a mainstay on the Dallas offensive line before continuing on to Indianapolis where he was named the Colts Most Valuable Lineman in 1991. After leaving the Colts, Brian finished his 13-year NFL career with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Brian transferred to Duke's Durham campus in the fall of 1978 as a tight-end-turned-offensive-lineman from Nassau (NY) Community College. During his time at NCC, Brian earned an Associate's degree, all-league football honors, the basketball team's MVP award and the school's Student Athlete of the Year Award. Brian began his collegiate career with a commission to the United States Naval Academy.

After the conclusion of the 2004 NFL Europe League season, Brian accompanied an NFL sponsored good will trip to visit US Armed Forces deployed in Iraq. He considers the trip among the most inspiring experiences of his life.

Born January 7, 1960, Brian is single and currently resides in Marlton, NJ.
