Greg Papa was voted the California Sportscaster of the Year the last two years by the National Sportscaster and Sportswriters Association. In addition to his work with the Oakland Raiders, Papa is the announcer for select San Francisco Giants on television and has also served as the play-by-play voice of the Oakland As, Golden State Warriors, Indiana Pacers, and San Antonio Spurs.

Compass Media Networks is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Baldinger -- former NFL player and well-known football broadcaster - as a broadcast analyst for CMN Sports' coverage of selected Sunday Afternoon NFL games for the upcoming 2009-2010 season.

Compass Media Networks announces the addition of Chris Carrino as the play-by-play voice for selected Sunday Afternoon NFL games for the upcoming 2009-2010 season. Carrino - the long-time voice of New Jersey Nets radio -- will join NFL Networks' Brian Baldinger in the radio broadcast booth.
"Chris is a tremendous broadcast talent," said Peter Kosann, founder of Compass Media Networks. "The broadcast team of Carrino and Baldinger is second to none and demonstrates our commitment to offering radio stations, listeners, and advertisers the best national play-by-play programming heard on the radio dial."

|
Curtis Conway, a former NFL wide receiver, played for the Chicago Bears (1993-99), the San Diego Chargers (2000-02), the New York Jets (2003), and the San Francisco 49ers(2004). During his 12-year NFL career, Curtis amassed three 1,000 yard seasons. Prior to the NFL, Conway attended the University of Southern California and was a high-school All-American in both football and track.
Conway is married to Laila Ali, the daughter of Muhammad Ali and female boxing champion. They live in Los Angeles with their son, Curtis Jr.

Compass Media Networks adds veteran play-by-play broadcaster Lee "Hacksaw" Hamilton and former NFL player Curtis Conway as the radio broadcast team for selected NFL Sunday afternoon radio broadcasts. The team of Hamilton and Conway will split duties calling Sunday afternoon NFL games with the previously announced duo of Chris Carrino - long time voice of New Jersey Nets - and Brian Baldinger - former NFL player and NFL Network analyst.
"The world stops at 1pm on Sunday afternoons for NFL football. It means so much to the fans across America. We will put a special signature on our NFL broadcasts. I am glad to join Compass Media Networks. Starting something brand new is so very exciting," said Hamilton.

| MATT "MONEY" SMITH FROM FOX RADIO SPORTS TO ANCHOR STUDIO SHOWS |
Matt "Money" Smith is the co-host of the Petros & Money Show, distributed nationwide to over 216 affiliates via Fox Sports Radio. Smith is also the studio host for KLAC Sports Radio's coverage of the Los Angeles Lakers.
Smith is also a contributor to the top-rated "Kevin and Bean Show," heard on KROQ-FM in Los Angeles and recently debuted in regional syndication. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Matt "Money" Smith has spent his career in Southern California and in media. Smith has also held positions at DreamWorks and Polygram Records.

Jon also writes a blog and tapes a video blog each week for MSG.
